My consulting career has spanned more than twenty-five years in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. I was in senior roles with Nielsen for close to a decade, leading teams, developing new strategies and building a local and global reputation for excellence for their Consumer and Media View product.
An expert communicator, I influence and inspire my audiences. I am a storyteller with the ability to enable others to embrace change and delight in innovation and new thinking. I am equally comfortable working with everyone from the most senior stakeholders to junior colleagues.
Being innately curious is great for qualitative work. There is something truly special about spending time getting deep insights into what people are really thinking, feeling or experiencing. The magic comes from taking these findings, combining them with other data/research, uncovering genuine insights and developing compelling solutions.
I build strong relationships with my colleagues and clients and have a reputation for generating new ideas and solving business issues. I excel at retaining existing clients and bringing in new business. I am also adept at developing teams and enabling individuals to fulfil their potential.
