With over 20 years' experience in media, consumer and shopper research; retail sales measurement and analytics; client service; business development; operational and commercial business management. I am highly experienced in the commercial application of actionable insights.

From owner-operators to national and multi-national organisations, I have a passion for discovering and presenting insights-based solutions that drive brand growth for products, categories and channels - whatever the sector.

Having held sales and marketing roles in media and retail prior to moving into marketing research, I help businesses grow by connecting customer/market intelligence with customer/market engagement, across disciplines. Understanding how and why people make purchase decisions - what they want and who they want it from - then developing go-to-market plans to optimise the influence of the many touchpoints throughout the purchase journey.

A career highlight was presenting on the impact of the internet on bricks & mortar sales at the Retail World Congress in 2008, and so I am fully engaged with the continuing evolution of online sales & digital marketing - focussing on shopper & customer needs and usage of these channels.
